Mohieldin Approves Egyptian Audit Standards

The Minister of Investment, Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin issued decree # 166/2008 approving the Egyptian Standards for Audit, Limited Inspection and Other Ascertainment Tasks to be employed in auditing annual financial statements or examining quarterly financial statements of joint stock companies subject to law # 159/1981 on joint stock companies, companies limited by shares and limited liability companies or the capital market law # 95/1992 and their amendments.
