1. What are the procedures of registering in the financial leasers' register?
Beneficiaries:
· Joint stock companies.
· Limited partnership companies.
Required Documents:
1. In case of registering joint stock or limited partnership companies:
Submitting the form prepared in the money companies sector with the following documents:
· Receipt for paying the registration fees L.E 1500.
· A copy of the formal newspaper or the companies' newspaper which published the company establishment contract or including the performance of the financial leasing. A copy of each issue including any change in the company contract, assembly or system.
· A copy of the ID of chairman and board members have are entitled to sign. Non-Egyptians should submit a copy of the passport.
· Criminal statement for the chairman and the board members who have the right to manage and sign. Non-Egyptians may submit relevant documents approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Egyptian Consulate.
· Declaration by the chairman that the managers or those who have the right to manage and sign and all the partners in the limited partnership companies have never been bankrupted. If any, they should submit documents indicating discharge.
2. In case of registering body corporate
The registration application should be submitted by the legal representative on the form prepared in the money companies sector enclosed with
· Receipt for paying the registration fees L.E 1500.
· Document of establishing the body corporate indicating the financial leasing as one of the purposes.
3. Banks applying for registration should submit the license issued by the CBE to perform the financial leasing.
These documents should be submitted to money companies sector.
Service duration
48 hours in case of completed documents.
