Ministry of Investment - within the asset management program - The Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH) An affiliate of the Holding Company for Tourism and Cinema Announces an new investment opportunity in Tot and Huttob Floating Hotels (licensed for a five-star level)

The two hotels were built in the Norway's arsenal. All cabins are equipped with baths, telephones, air conditioners, internal radios in addition to public areas of restaurants/bars/ bazaars/swimming pools. The hotels are licensed for operation in the Nile navigation line between Luxor and Aswan. Purchaser may use the berths of the hotels in Edfo and Aswan according to agreement with seller and within the limitations of approvals by relevant bodies with payment facilities for two years.
Terms

• Book of terms of each hotel may be obtained from the Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels and Cinema at 4 Latin America Street, Garden City, Cairo, seventh floor for EGP 5,000 from Sunday 24th June 2007 to Saturday 28th July 2007 (excluding Fridays and holidays) from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
• Bids shall be submitted to Accountant. Chairman of the Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH) at the company's address. Bids shall enclose an unconditional and irrevocable banking letter as an insurance to guarantee seriousness. The letter should be valid for 90 days after the day of opening envelopes.  
• The hotels may be examined in coordination with EGOTH until the day preceding the deadline for submitting bids and opening envelopes.
• Bidders may request to buy one or both hotels provided that offers should be made for each separately. 
• Deadline for submitting bids and opening envelopes is Sunday 29th June 2007.
