Terms of Sale
• Book of information and terms may be obtained for LE 20,000 from the headquarters of the Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels and Cinema at 4 Latin America Street, Garden City- 7th Floor, Asset Management and Investment Sectors from Sunday 18th November 2007 from 9 am to 3 pm except for Fridays and holidays.
• Bids shall be submitted in the name of the chairman of the Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH) to the above address enclosed with an unconditional and irrevocable banking letter of guarantee valid for 90 days next to the date of the opening of envelopes.
• Field inspection of the land may be conducted from the day after receiving the book of terms in coordination with the Holding Company and the Owning Company until 3 pm on the day before the deadline for submitting bids.
• Envelopes shall be opened by the relevant committee in the presence of all bidders at 2 pm on Tuesday 15th January 2008.
