Data and Documents Required to be Registered as a Mortgage Legal Agent
A request for registration on the appropriate form and attaching the following documents:

Educational degree/certificate (Law degree or Bachelor Degree of Faculty of Commerce, Accounting Section).

Proof of the applicant experience in the field of Mortgage/Real Estate property foreclosure, for a period not less than five years for the PHD holder and not less than ten years for the Masters Degree & Post Graduate applicants.

Applicant should provide a certificate issued by his union showing his registry # and certifying that there are no sentences issued against him, unless such sentences are revoked.

In case the applicant is an employee, he should provide his employer acceptance for him to practice property legal foreclosures without any contradicting any laws, rules or ministerial regulations in place.

Certificate of criminal records.

Certificate stating that no bankruptcy ruling was issued on his behalf.

Copy of the tax card.

Curriculum Vitae "CV" of the applicant.

Passing the training program designed by the Mortgage Finance Authority.

Signing an affidavit stating his full compliance with the terms and conditions of the Mortgage Law # 148 for the year 2001 and its Executive Regulations and all other related rulings decided by the Mortgage Finance Authority while practicing mortgage property foreclosure. |
