EGX membership in various international associations/affiliations:

• EGX is a Member of the World Federation of Exchanges.
• EGX is a Member of FEAS (Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges),
  ASEA (African Stock Exchanges Association) and Union of Arab Stock Exchanges.
• Affiliate member of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
• EGX has signed Memoranda of Understanding with the majority of the Arab Exchanges.
• EGX signed various Memorandum of Understanding with various global exchanges including Korea Stock Exchange,
  London Stock Exchange, Madrid Stock Exchange, Nigeria Stock Exchange, Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
  National Stock Exchange of India, Bursa Malaysia,
  Malta Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Thessaloniki Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana
   

EGX Information Company i.e. Egypt Information Dissemination Company (EGID) http://www.egidegypt.com  Egypt for Information Dissemination was established in June 1999 as a fully owned subsidiary of  The Egyptian Exchange.
EGID started exclusively transmitting EGX data to all recipients, both locally and internationally as of 1/1/2002.
