Dispute Settlement  

Dispute Settlement is a service provided by MOI and the Ministers Assembly to resolve conflicts between investors and other entities in a timely and efficient manner without the need to go to court.

An issue is submitted to the Dispute Settlement committee (situated at MOI), which performs several meetings with the conflicting parties, and comes out with a proposal to be submitted to the Ministers Assembly, which accordingly takes a decision concerning this issue .

If you want to submit an issue at the Dispute Settlement committee, you are kindly requested to visit MOI, and our admin people would be able to help you.

Once your issue is submitted by the MOI admin people, you can track your issues online using your portal username and password, seeing all changes and updates occurring on your issue till it reaches a final decision at Ministers Assembly
